DI (FH) Dragan Marinkovic brings technical depth from IDM into our project development: site management, local construction supervision and project control from demanding building and infrastructure projects — also for public clients. This experience strengthens our joint residential developments from planning to on-site delivery.
Urte Berukstyte
Urte Berukstyte is an interior designer and has been recognised at the Amazon Design Awards and with first prize at HOSThinking, among other distinctions. As co-founder of Capsula Design Studio in Milan, she shapes the design language of our projects — from materiality and atmosphere to how a home really works in everyday life.

DI (FH) Aleksandra Marinkovic supports planning, coordination and project structure from development to delivery — with an eye for clear processes and a clean translation of planning into reality.

Richard Unterhuber is responsible for construction sequencing, execution and quality assurance on site. A certified master builder with several decades of construction experience in Austria and Germany, he combines hands-on craft knowledge with technical leadership — his benchmark: clean execution, reliable schedules and quality down to the last detail.
